Unit 9 Motivation

Unit 9 Motivation

what can keep students motivated?  one of the big questions teachers have, but personally I learned that more than anything is how the teacher approaches and help to achieve such a thing, students can have enough confidence to learn the target language, since we are the first to show motivation to our students with our attitude, as I while they learn a formal or informal and the intonation on the way of speaking, read in this site posted at the end to hel me understand better, for example we can have students bring a song that is in so they can understand and sing it.
The dig factor is to give our students a lecture on how keep motivating them, but in reality we have to see how difficult the situation is for each students, and how much they like the subject, as we know most of the teenagers and learner in general use the English for understanding music or even  see movies that they have heard in English but thet can hesitate, nowadays it is becoming more and more important since it is essential to enter to a good university in which they can get a great education so there are many thing that students can get and mostly be motivated, but a motor that can motivate our students is how do we as teachers approach them. It is our job to be able to explained how students can do certain topics and not to assume that as it is obvious because that can be unmotivating, so we can have patience and explained them how to develop homework or an essay, without getting upset with them, because that is one of the most unmotivating thing for students not to be able to ask for help since that is our job, to help.
As a conclusion I can say that motivating is not difficult, it depends on how teachers approach students and of course always keeping a bit of distance to, but all with respect
